Therefore, we have put in place a flexible exchange and return policy that guarantees the rights of both the customer and the store:
First: Returns
• You can request a return of the product within just 3 days of the date you received it.
• Only the product value is refunded, and shipping fees are not included.
•The product must be in its original condition, unused, and packaged with its bag and cards/tags.
• Any product that has been personalized with printing (such as a name, number, etc.) will not be returned.
Second: Replacement
•If the customer wishes to change the size or exchange the product, the product must first be returned to the store.
•After receiving and inspecting the product, only the product value will be refunded, excluding shipping fees.
•The customer can submit a new order with the size or product that suits him/her.
•The customer bears the costs of shipping the product to us in all cases of exchange.
Third: Damaged or faulty products
•If you receive a product that does not match the order or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
•We request a picture or video that illustrates the problem.
•If the error is from the store, we will bear the full shipping costs and process the order immediately.
Fourth: How to submit a return or exchange request
• Please contact customer service via WhatsApp or Instagram, mentioning:
•order number
•Reason for return or exchange
• Illustrative images (if available)
•After approval, you will be provided with shipping and return instructions.
Fifth: Cases in which returns or exchanges are not accepted
• More than 3 days have passed since receiving the request without submitting a formal request.
•Use of the product or loss of its original packaging or cards.
• Printed or customized products as per customer request.
